The Opportunity

At Functionize, we’re on a mission to reinvent how software is tested with our cutting-edge Agentic Test Automation platform. We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive who’s ready to sell transformational technology and help some of the most innovative companies deliver better software, faster. If you're passionate about solving complex problems, driving customer outcomes, and closing deals in high-growth environments, this is your opportunity to shine.

What You’ll Own

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to build a pipeline, drive deal velocity, and consistently hit or exceed quota.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to presenting to negotiating with C-level and senior executives.
  • Champion the modernization of QA by demonstrating how Functionize’s AI-powered platform accelerates software delivery and improves quality.
  • Navigate complex buying environments, crafting ROI-driven proposals that align with business and technical priorities.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and internal teams to deliver tailored demos, guide evaluations, and ensure customer success.
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue in CRM, while building long-term relationships that drive customer satisfaction and retention.

What Makes You A Fit

  • 5+ years of software sales experience, with at least 1–3 years selling complex solutions into enterprise organizations
  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to confidently speak to topics like software development, quality engineering, and digital transformation
  • Experience using MEDDPIC or similar methodologies to navigate and forecast complex sales cycles
  • Existing relationships with key partners and the ability to leverage channels to drive growth
  • A startup mindset: adaptable, self-motivated, and energized by change
  • Consistent top performer, with a history of exceeding quota and earning performance recognition
  • Strategic seller with a consultative approach — able to map stakeholders, uncover business drivers, and build value-based proposals
